Legit offers a 5 Days Return Policy that starts on the day you receive your merchandise. If, for any reason, you received the product that is in damaged condition or in a non-functioning state, you can return the product to our warehouse for a full refund
REQUIREMENTS FOR FULL REFUND
1.Product must be in new condition, or in the state that they were received.
2.Product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
3.Product must be returned with an Original Valid Invoice.
We only accept return of products purchased directly from www.legitappliances.com. For Legit products purchased elsewhere, please contact the original retailer regarding their return policy.
HOW DO I GET A DEFECTIVE ITEM, ORDERED ON LEGIT ESTORE, REPLACED?
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In case the product you receive is in damaged condition, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register your complaint. Our logistic partner will collect the damaged product with all inbox accessory and you will be shipped a new product.
PRODUCT NOT WORKING -
In case of any product received in a non-functioning state, that is “Dead on Arrival”, the customer is advised to contact the Legit Products helpdesk at the following contact details:

PRODUCT RECEIPT AND ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION PROCESS
Please ensure that you inspect the shipment as soon as you accept it from the courier. In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packaging, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. It is required that you take photos of any damage that you notice as proof. Legit retains the right to withhold refund/replacement of the damaged product if you fail to put a note about the nature of damage on the courier receipt confirmation slip.
In case of any damage to the actual product, you are required to inform the Legit eStore customer care within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Note:If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- Simply log into My Account, view your recent orders and a request to return a valid product will be available for up to 5 Days from the date of receipt.
- Additionally, you can contact our customer care team. Have your original order number on hand so we can retrieve your order details.
WHEN A PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED?
- It has been more than 5 days from the date you received your shipment.
- Item is marked as “Final Sale” or “Special Order”.
- Item is in used condition.
- If products are damaged or are missing accessories/documents. Returner is responsible for all shipping damages due to improper return packaging.
HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received, our customer care team will inspect the product based on the requirements above and approve the refund. Refund will be done to the original mode of payment upon approval and will typically be completed in 7-15 days from the date of initiation of refund.
